We already know Google's brand new Hangout app will be working with as an effective replacement for Gtalk, but what we didn't know until today was that Google are looking to build SMS into the app too, so that it is a one stop shop for all your messaging needs!
This information comes from a thread over on Google+ from Dori Storbeck and her quote is in the 14th comment on the initial post which reads:
"And yes, SMS integration is coming soon - it is one of our most requested features!"We're not sure if there will be anything special with this like we saw with Facebook's new ChatHeads, which we're a little in love with. But, if Google do have a neat little trick like that up their sleeve then we'd be more than happy to give it a go!
