  • Sky have said that they are they will "explore any future opportunities offered by Xbox One," whereas YouView haven't been quite so positive about the new platform. YouView have said that they don't plan to support the Xbox One, but they changed their minds when asked for comment as they said they have a few targets to complete before which include "internet channels, Android apps, and more."

  • Intel have claimed that their new Haswell processors will offer up to 50% more battery life then the older generations of the processors did, which is a significant improvement, we'll have to see if that translates into real world experiences though!

  • According to Sony France Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean is rolling out to Xperia S device, but there's been no confirmation of that by any users and the updates files aren't on XDA yet, so it's hard to say if this is accurate or not!

  • Sony have also delayed the US launch of their Xperia Tablet Z until the 29th of May. No reasons have been given for the slip, but it's probably just a case of getting enough of the tablets over to the land of the free!

  • Splashtop 2 has landed for Windows Phone 8! The service is free until the end of August and it'll be free to use within the home, but if you want to use the software on the fly it'll cost you $1.99 a month for the privilege.

  • The BBC have updated their iPlayer app for Android to support 10 inch tablets! The changelog also irons out other issues and says that we should, "Watch out for further optimisation for larger screens soon, whilst the work continues on video downloads." You can get the update here!

  • Samsung have started rolling out the Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean update to the little Samsung Galaxy Music!
