Dell say Windows RT isn't 'where they'd like'!

Dell XPS 10 running Windows RT.
Company's seem to have been pretty outspoken in their criticism for Windows RT. You might remember Samsung cancelled their release of the Ativ Tab in America and even Microsoft have said that Windows RT is something which will get better with time!

With that in mind it's not too much of a surprise that the latest company to come out and say they're not totally impressed with Windows RT is Dell. They guys might be in the middle of a takeover bid, but that doesn't meant they've taken their eyes off the market and the company's Neil Hand had this to say to in an interview with CNet:
“Demand is not where I would like it to be at this point in time. The amount of market information about it is not good enough, and the market sentiment is still pretty negative."
He also added that the app support for the platform hasn't been quite as strong as it needed to be, a complaint which could be lodged against fully fledged Windows 8 too!

What do you think? We're interested to hear your thoughts on Windows 8 and Windows RT because we've currently got the Asus Vivotab Smart in for review, so keep your eyes out for that and feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments below!
